          BMJ’s Happy Treats Company is owned and operated by practicing bakers. It is founded on the idea that maintaining satisfied customers is essential to the bottom line. With this in mind, the company will be working hard to ensure that all of their customers’ expectations are exceeded in all transactions. To maintain a presence within baking community and close relationships to customers.

            The mission of BJM’s Happy Treats:

• To support and contribute to the community or events by offering cookies and other pastries.
• To teach and share our craft and practice responsibility to the environment.

Through baking, we connect with our community by creating delicious and healthy banana cookies, cupcakes and cakes, feeding our family, friends and neighbors. We are passionate about baking innovative products that taste delicious and make every eating experience more satisfying.

Success will ultimately be measured by our customers choosing us because of their belief in our ability to meet or exceed their expectations of price, service and selections. 

In order for BJM’s Happy Treats to succeed they must:

• Provide for the satisfaction of 100% of our customers and vendors.
• Advise and promote in areas where our target customer base will learn about our store.
• Continuously review our inventory and sales and adjust our inventory levels.

   Sell products that are of the highest reliability and quality. We must offer as many or more premium products than our competition offers.

BJM’s Happy Treats is a business where bakers meet to bake some delicious cakes and pastries. BJM stand for the capital letter “B” as Bienvinido, capital letter “J” as Jusi and capital letter “M” as Maray which are the surnames of the owners. Happy treats because the product brings joy or happiness once you buy and taste it. You can’t buy joy or happiness, but you can buy cookies, cupcakes and cakes and that’s kind of the same thing!

The products will be cookies, cupcakes and cakes especially with banana flavor. We all know that banana have a beauty benefits. Banana benefits the heart and improves nerve functions. It also works as a natural antacid and mild laxative. Banana cookies are pretty tasty and a good way to sneak for breakfast. It is a healthy soft cookie – buttery, rich and delicious.

Just BEAT it!

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 egg 
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chip

Directions

1. In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, banana and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 3 dozen.
